This site is to promote narrative and photo travel journals by the author published as e-books and softcover which capture daily activities on extended trips in recent years to among others — French and Spanish Basque Region (Biarritz), Italy, Ireland, Bavaria, Paris, Provence, Oregon and Northern California. It is also to blog regarding planning and executing extended trips that eschew packaged cruises or tours. The notion is to encourage travelers to create their own itineraries that allow them the opportunity for in depth exploration and the freedom of a more self-directed experience.
